Courses and complete Stages

You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, as long as you have not attended a live lecture or opened more than one lesson.

Lessons, tutoring and consultations

Cancel or move a session at least 24 hours before it starts at no cost. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.

Membership

Cancel any time; your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly plans are not refunded part-way through.

Clinics and school visits

A 50% deposit secures the dates. The deposit is not refundable within 30 days of the visit, and the full fee is due if the host cancels within 14 days. Visits affected by extreme weather or a vet emergency are rescheduled free of charge.

Horse services

The horse search fee is not refundable once the search has started; it is credited against the commission if you buy.
