Five simple steps

Your yard or school sends a booking request through the website.
Plan
We confirm the dates, number of riders and topics: dressage, jumping, exam prep or staff training.
Secure the dates
A 50% deposit secures the dates. The rest is due 14 days before the clinic.
Travel
The host covers flights, accommodation, local transport and meals, booked or reimbursed.
Ride
The host sells rider and auditor places at the suggested prices and keeps the difference.

- Join 2–3 yards in the same region into one trip and share the travel cost
- Add online video reviews before the clinic ($39 each) and follow-up lessons after
- Run a BHS exam bootcamp alongside the clinic for your candidates
Cancellation: the deposit is not refundable within 30 days of the clinic; the full fee is due if the host cancels within 14 days; free rescheduling for extreme weather or a vet emergency.

Riding schools can also book training visits of a few days or a full week.
