Associate trainers & lecturers
Teach our students
- Teach BHS Stages, riding or yard management under the Stage to Saddle brand
- Always teach from Stage to Saddle materials, so every student gets the same quality
- A 50/50 split of the income from every session, in every situation
- Your own profile page: photo, qualifications, specialities, languages and time zone
- Students book and pay through Stage to Saddle; you're paid monthly
Content creators
Film for us
- Riders, grooms and yards anywhere in the world
- Short Instagram-style clips: up to 1 minute, one topic per video, from our shot list
- $40 per approved clip
- Every clip is approved by Stage to Saddle before it goes on social media and before payment
- Signed release forms from the yard, rider and horse owner before footage is used
- Correct tack, correct technique and safe riding kit in every video
- Credited on our channels
How it works
From application to first lesson
Apply
Send your application with your qualifications and a link to a video of you teaching or riding.
Review
We check your qualifications and references personally.
Trial
Teach a short trial lesson or lecture, or send a sample clip.
Start
Sign the Faculty agreement, get your profile page and start teaching or filming.
Our standards
- Trainers are independent contractors, not employees, and hold their own insurance
- A written agreement covers the split, payment dates, quality standards, use of our materials and a 12-month non-solicit clause
- Students rate every session
- Every trainer keeps our "not affiliated with the BHS" wording
