What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book, apply to the Faculty or ask for the free checklist, we collect the details you type in: your name, email, country, phone number if you give it, and your message or application.

Why we use it

To reply to you, deliver what you booked, assess Faculty applications and, if you ask for it, send you our newsletter. We never sell your details.

Videos you send us

Videos sent for feedback are used only for your feedback. We never share them without your written permission.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as the law requires, and delete enquiries and unsuccessful applications after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time through our contact page. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click.
